Payment options

Payment via PayPal, credit card, and debit card

You place your order with us by clicking the "Place binding order" button at checkout. You will then be redirected to the PayPal service and will also receive an order confirmation email from us with the subject "Confirmation of your order XX."

Your account will be charged after the contract has been concluded and immediately upon completing the transaction via the PayPal service.

Credit or debit card payments in our shop are also processed via the PayPal service; however, you do not necessarily need a PayPal account for this.

Once you have successfully completed the payment, you will receive another email notification with the subject "Payment received for order XX." For payments via PayPal, credit card, or debit card, we will only ship your order after we have confirmed receipt of your payment.

Payment reference:

Please use your order number and customer number as the payment reference, which you can find on the invoice and in your order confirmation email. This helps us match your payment to your order more efficiently.
